A Great Time Had By All at the Annual Heartbreaker Tournament!!!

The weekend of January 23rd marked the annual HCHA Girls' Heartbreaker Classic Hockey Tournament - - - and what a tournament it was! (Tournament results below)

40 (that's correct - - - 40!) U12A, U12B, U10A, U10B and U8 teams, 80 plus coaches and managers, 650 plus girl skaters, and over 1000 fans filled the Charles M. Schulz Highland and Ken Yackel Westside Arenas for a weekend of great hockey, fun and new friendships, and an enthusiastic spirit second to none!

Thank you to all of this years participating teams / players / coaches / and fans from: Hopkins, Rosemount-Eastview, Champlin Park, Eagan, Andover, Anoka, Orono, Mora/Hinckley, Cottage Grove, Tartan, Blaine, Forest Lake, St. Louis Park, Minnetonka, Duluth, Moundsview, Shakopee, Sibley and Centennial.  Special thanks to all of the host teams, their coaches, and their parents from Highland Central Hockey Association.  Great kids, great examples, great coaches, great fans and great hosts!
